The room was cozy and nicely decorated. the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. the hotel was situated in a convenient area, close to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered in the morning.
Our romantic getaway was ruined when we received a call from the hotel, stating that they had overbooked and that our reservation was canceled. They did not offer any alternative accommodations or assistance and we were left stranded in a new city.

During our Christmas stay, we were most impressed with the comfortable and clean facilities. The staff was also very helpful in recommending some great local spots to dine and explore. the hotel's central location made it very convenient to get around the city and enjoy all it had to offer.
It was frustrating that the hotel cancelled our reservation without any prior notice. This left us scrambling to find a new place to stay, which was incredibly inconvenient.
